Nirsevimab is recommended for infants younger than 8 months of age who were born during or are entering their first RSV season if the mother did not receive RSV vaccine during pregnancy, the mother’s RSV vaccination status is unknown, or if the infant was born within 14 days of maternal RSV vaccination.

2 months

4-5 years (before kindergarten)

11-12 years

can give Gardasil 1st dose as early as age 9 years; 2nd shot: 6-12 months after the first shot

15 years

If started at 15 years; 3 doses-2nd shot; 2 months after first shot; 3 doses-3rd shot; 6 months after first shot

16 years

17-18 years

Bexero : 2 dose series at least 1 month apart; can give earlier if local outbreak; absent or damaged spleen; complement deficiency
