Charles (CJ) Polcari, MD
Dr. Charles (CJ) Polcari grew up on the South Shore where the spark for his passion for Pediatrics started as a young camp counselor at Camp Daniel Webster in Marshfield. His passion to both help and heal was then solidified as a counselor and eventual Assistant Director of Camp AmeriKids, a summer camp experience for children and teens living with HIV/AIDS in the New York area.
After graduating from Colby College, he attended Loyola University- Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago where he received his medical degree in 2004. He completed his residency training in Pediatrics at Brown University- Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence, RI. He is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Polcari loves pediatrics because of the relationships he can form with patients and families as he helps to guide children and their parents through the ups and downs of childhood and adolescence.
Dr. Polcari loves all things Disney, Star Wars, Marvel and Harry Potter. In his free time, he can be found vacationing with his wife, Dr. Christine Polcari, his two kids, and his dogs Fauci and Riggins. He loves running and has completed the Abbott World Majors Marathon Challenge which includes the Boston, New York, Chicago, London, Berlin and Tokyo marathons alongside his wife, Christine.
