Christine Polcari, MD
Dr. Christine Polcari is a Massachusetts native through and through. She was born and raised in East Boston and then Burlington, MA. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Business Administration from Boston University (Go Terriers!) and then received her medical degree at UMass Medical School in Worcester. After graduating from UMass, she matched at Brown University/Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence, RI (where she met her AMAZING husband) and lived out of state for the only 3 years of her life. After completing her residency in Pediatrics, Christine started to practice medicine on the South Shore in 2007 and has never left!
Christine has known that she wanted to be a pediatrician since elementary school after briefly considering law and hairdressing. It combines her love for kids, science and education. Her favorite pediatric age range is 3-5 years old for their funny personalities and total lack of filter when having a conversation.
Christine lives in Norwell with her husband (Dr. CJ Polcari), two children, and their two mini goldendoodles - Fauci and Riggins. In her free time she loves to read, bake and craft. Feel free to ask her for a book recommendation! She also spends a lot of her free time running and marathon training. In 2024, she completed the Abbott World Marathon Majors running the Boston, NYC, Chicago, London, Berlin and Tokyo marathons alongside her husband, CJ.
