Our Providers

Dr. Gina Boutwell has been a pediatrician on the South Shore for over 26 years.  Born in Western Massachusetts, she grew up in Agawam (yes where Six Flags is!) and has lived in New England for most of her life. 

Dr. Boutwell graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Medical Technology.  She went on to the University of Massachusetts for medical school and then spent three years in Houston, TX doing her residency at the Baylor College of Medicine working out of both Texas Children’s and Ben Taub Hospitals.  There she had the great fortune to work with and learn from some of the greatest pediatric specialists in the business. 

Dr. Boutwell moved to the South Shore in 1997 and now resides in Pembroke with her family.  She is the school physician for the Pembroke Public Schools and is on the board of Pembroke Titans Against Drugs, a drug prevention committee that collaborates with the school, town, and Board of Health in Pembroke. 

Dr. Boutwell enjoys all kinds of sports and is a big New England Patriots fan!  She loves dancing and theater and even has been known to take tap and hip-hop classes herself.  She enjoys golfing, the beach and travelling, and her latest winter activity is snowmobiling. 

 Finally, she is VERY excited to be starting this new chapter of her career at Beacon Pediatrics, and cannot wait to take care of her patients in her new work home.
